The 7FCORE name, the company logos, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans (“7FCORE Marks”) are trademarks of 7FCORE or its affiliates or licensors. 7FCORE Marks may not be used without advance written permission of 7FCORE, including in connection with any product or service that is not provided by 7FCORE, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages, discredits, or misrepresents 7FCORE.

5. Use and Protection of Login Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password (“Login Credentials”). You are responsible for all uses of your account and Login Credentials, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify 7FCORE immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or Login Credentials or any other breach of security.

7FCORE reserves the right to disable your Login Credentials at any time in its sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in 7FCORE's opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Service. User accounts are non-transferable, and all users are obligated to take preventative measures to prohibit unauthorized users from accessing the Platform with his or her password.

6. User Modifications and Content Removal

If the Platform allows you to customize, modify, or post content, 7FCORE may remove any of your modifications at any time without advance notice and with no liability to you if they are deemed improper, harmful, or in violation of third-party rights or these Terms.

IN NO EVENT WILL 7FCORE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, OR ANY PLATFORM CONTENT.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Platform and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
